Self-love is simply loving yourself, through the ways we care for our mental, emotional and physical health. Self-love may sound easy-to-get but it is also a habit and a journey that requires long-term commitment to see transformative results.
To accompany and support you on your own journey, Yoga Pod has prepared the Deep Healing Experience Package (Level 2) where you can participate in their unique sound healing therapy and yoga practice sessions as a way to rejuvenate the soul, mind and body.
Through this experience, Yoga Pod hopes to inspire you to explore this joyful practice in a truly tranquil environment where you can escape the everyday stress, turn inward and send love to the deepest corner of your heart.

What's included?
The Healing Experience Level 2 Package gives you access to 2 of our most loved activities:
- 10 Sound Healing sessions: Using Tibetan singing bowl therapy, these meditative healing sounds produce a deep state of relaxation and help relieve all forms of physical, mental, or emotional stress.
- 6-month yoga practice with guidance from the experienced teachers at Yoga Pod (in a class of maximum 18 students), allowing each student to receive the individual attention they deserve.
