With guidance from dedicated and experienced teachers, Yoga Pod hopes to become your safe place where your body and soul can truly be nourished to flourish.
Founded in 2017, Yoga Pod has inspired thousands of like-minded souls to explore this joyful practice in a truly tranquil environment where they strive to bring yoga to everybody and every body, without judgement and no matter what your age or fitness level.

What's included?
The Healing Experience Package (Level 1) gives you access to 2 of our most loved activities:
- 4 Sound Healing sessions: Using Tibetan singing bowl therapy, these meditative healing sounds produce a deep state of relaxation and help relieve all forms of physical, mental, or emotional stress.
- 3-month yoga practice with guidance from the experienced teachers at Yoga Pod (in a class of maximum 18 students), allowing each student to receive the individual attention they deserve.
